Fall is in the air, especially where I recently took this photo on the way up to the summit of Pikes Peak, Colorado, but also quite likely in your neck of the woods. Today I'm sharing six of my favorite fall recipes, most of which came from dōTERRA's Living magazines and can also be found at the dōTERRA blog or on dōTERRA's Facebook page. One is an original creation by my team member Angela Watkins (aka Everyday Oils "genius" and physical therapist.) I hope you try at least one of these soon, let me know how you liked it, and also share a favorite fall recipe of your own. Happy "falling in love!"
Cinnamon apple chips and On Guard popcorn are tasty and healthy treats the whole family can enjoy, and the essential oils can also give a nice, supportive boost to our immune systems.
These two drinks infused with or inspired by essential oils are sure to warm you up on a cool autumn evening (or wake you up on a cool autumn morning), and the essential oils also have digestive as well as immune system benefits.
Finally, if you love the smell of cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to get you in a fall-ish mood and want to immerse yourself in the scents without synthetic chemicals but instead with the air-purifying, respiratory-supporting, immune system-boosting qualities of essential oils, give these two diffuser recipes a try. Simply add to the water compartment of your Petal, Lotus, or Aromalite diffuser with the appropriate amount of water and enjoy breathing in the essence of autumn.
